ABOUT WINVINAYA FOUNDATION

WinVinaya Foundation is one of the very few NGOs in India which trains persons with disabilities (PwDs) in niche skills including Software Development, Software Testing, Financial Accounting, Data Visualization (Power BI), and MS Office for free, which helps them in getting high-end job roles in different sectors based on their skills. Out of the 21 different disability categories, we have trained candidates from 12 disability categories. WINVINAYA ACADEMY – WinVinaya foundation launched an Award-winning e-learning platform, “WinVinaya Academy” designed for Persons with Disabilities which provides training in English Medium and in Indian Sign Language Medium with a lot of practice exercises.
