Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate and conduct NDT tests for all critical components.

·         Analyze and recommend based on test results, and upload data in SAP.

·         Create and report abnormal notifications in SAP.

·         Provide technical support for internal and external customers.

·         Execute coupling alignment of critical drives using laser machines.

·         Correct equipment misalignment.

·         Prepare weekly compliance reports for PM07 orders, abnormality notifications, and why-why analysis.

·         Support SAP PM users with module implementation and troubleshooting.

·         Implement improvement projects to reduce repetitive problems and breakdowns.

·         Submit Kaizen, OPL, and other system improvement suggestions.

·         Develop and sustain model areas in respective sections.

·         Actively participate in KFA and GRT meetings, providing input on new technology and productivity improvements.

·         Conduct awareness programs for team members.

·         Ensure compliance with IMS standards and document updates.

·         Implement SOPs for critical spares and consumables.

·         Identify and rectify leakage and unsafe points, and monitor emission levels.

·         Ensure 100% compliance with safety standards and applicable recommendations.

·         Educate the team on job hazards and safety measures.

·         Conduct scheduled safety observation rounds and report incidents.

·         Lead daily toolbox talks and safety knowledge sharing.

·         Participate in safety training, subcommittees, and events.

·         Maintain good housekeeping and report any abnormalities for corrective action.

·         Adhere to all safety precautions on and off-site.

·         Promote good practices for environmental sustainability and create awareness among the team.
