Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

·         Select pit areas and ensure quality testing.

·         Organize operation of HEMM and hopper.

·         Blend materials for desired quality.

·         Gather information on pile positions.

·         Take corrective actions on deviations in quality and quantity.

·         Optimize lead distance, auxiliary equipment run hours, and transportation operations to control costs.

·         Identify and clean virgin areas for deploying Surface Miner based on quality and productivity.

·         Suggest strategies for land procurement and coordinate with the land department.

·         Plan and deploy HEMM for production according to the Mining Plan.

·         Plan and deploy auxiliary equipment to enable smooth mining operations.
