Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

·         Coordination for Quality & Quantity: Coordinate with QC, RMHS & Process teams to ensure dispatch of required quality and quantity of limestone.

·         Resource Optimization: Enable the team with optimum resources for planning, coordinating, and executing operations of HEMM & Stacker.

·         Cost Management: Optimize lead distance, improve productivity, and reduce fuel consumption to keep costs within budget.

·         Land Procurement Strategy: Suggest strategies for land procurement and coordinate with the land department to capture encroached land.

·         Mine Development Planning: Guide and enable the team to prepare and implement mine development plans for short and long-term strategies.

·         Mine Planning Software: Guide the team to design mining pits through mine planning software on annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily basis.

·         Production Planning: Enable production planning through planning cell, ensuring quality blend plans as per plant requirements.

·         Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure timely compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

·         Safety Standards: Ensure 100% implementation of safety standards, adherence to Progressive Consequence Management, and effective contribution to safety subcommittees and meetings.

·         Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop the team for competency building and future requirements of the organization.

·         Budgeting and Monitoring: Prepare and monitor the department's budget, control utilization of contract manpower and overtime, and identify areas for improvement in safety and risk management.

·         Continuous Improvement: Facilitate department activities for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, maintenance strategy, and process improvement.

·         Employee Engagement: Maintain regular communication, transparency, and engagement within the team, ensuring a participative culture and proper succession planning.

·         Digitalization and Automation: Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation of processes, taking initiatives for implementation.

·         Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety precautions on and off-site, ensuring timely compliance with audit findings and recommendations.
