Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

·         Standard Operating Parameters: Provide guidelines for standard operating parameters to ensure consistent and efficient operations.

·         System Monitoring: Regularly check false air in the system and perform heat balances with TPMC to optimize efficiency and safety.

·         Quality Control: Monitor test results and analyse reasons for deviations, taking corrective actions to maintain product quality.

·         Process Improvement: Review product quality and process capability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

·         Instrument Calibration: Ensure testing and calibration of instruments for accuracy in measurement and control.

·         Resource Optimization: Review power and heat consumption, raw mill and coal mill output, and cement mill output for efficiency and cost reduction.

·         Safety and Compliance: Ensure 100% implementation of safety standards, including Progressive Consequence Management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

·         Project Management: Identify bottlenecks and projects for improvement, formulate proposals, seek approval, and guide process optimization to achieve targets.

·         Environment and Sustainability: Set targets for Thermal Substitution Rate and quantity of AFR, aiming for minimal impact on production and quality, while promoting resource savings and sustainability.

·         Team Development: Create awareness among the team about health, safety, and environmental aspects, motivating them to adopt new technologies and innovate.

·         Audit and Compliance: Address abnormalities observed in daily walk-throughs and audits promptly, ensuring timely action for closing audit findings and compliance with recommendations.

·         Maintenance Strategy: Drive maintenance strategy, including autonomous maintenance and process improvement, to enhance efficiency and reliability.

·         Performance Management: Monitor team performance, ensuring compliance with WCM audits and evaluations, and mentor and drive improvement projects and Kaizen initiatives for continual improvement.

Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with IMS and other standards, promoting awareness and verification for zero non-conformities.
