Key Responsibilities:
· Articulate a plan for preventive maintenance of E&I equipment to achieve highest efficiency and safety.
· Analyze breakdowns and monitor implementation of PM schedule.
· Organize and monitor implementation of maintenance jobs during shutdowns.
· Coordinate with OEM/Consultants/TPMC for plant maintenance issues.
· Budgeting for E&I S&S and RPM costs, and monitor and control costs.
· Reduce inventory and drive cost-saving activities, including controlling overtime.
· Carry out timely inspections and testing as per guidelines.
· Monitor line clearance system and rectify unsafe points and practices.
· Interact with Consultants and Technology suppliers, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare project budgets and implementation plans.
· Organize project teams and plan resources for shutdowns and project hook-ups.
· Ensure statutory compliance and safety norms are met, and update drawings and documentation.
· Coordinate commissioning activities and ensure power supply and services to colony residents.
· Monitor compliance with electrical Inspectorate rules and manage Workshop, Telephone, PA, CCTV services.
· Coordinate legal approvals for new proposals and modifications.
· Monitor legal compliances of regulatory agencies.
· Drive maintenance strategy, autonomous maintenance, visual development, and process improvement.
· Ensure team performance, monitor WCM (ABOF) MIS compliance, and evaluate Kaizen and suggestions.
· Implement IMS and other standards, and mentor team for improvement projects and Kaizen.
