Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

·         Monitor and optimize raw mix consistency for productivity and cost improvement.

·         Plan for medium and long-term raw material sourcing to maximize in-house or local sources.

·         Ensure optimal utilization of mines' limestone and own clay.

·         Plan and monitor implementation of quality control/assurance system for 100% conformance to quality standards.

·         Monitor legal requirements pertaining to quality and artwork of packing bags. Plan effective resource utilization for cost optimization.

·         Enable implementation of quality management systems.

·         Build and enhance a culture of system implementation and compliance. Plan for zero accidents and promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental sustainability.

·         Develop a conducive work culture by effectively managing people to improve productivity, growth, and motivation levels of employees in the quality function.
