Process Manager Roles and responsibilities:
Editing and Proofreading: Ensure content matches brand tonality and accurately represents the brand’s online presence.

Technical and Functional Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in technical copywriting for Omni-channel campaigns and brand collateral, including NPI, whitepapers, newsletters, etc.
Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills.
Familiarity with keyword research and SEO copywriting best practices.
Proficient in social media and content marketing, capable of crafting compelling narratives that captivate audiences, generate conversions, and add value to the business.
Demonstrated experience working with global brands, understanding their unique content needs and adapting strategies to fit diverse, international audiences.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
