Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs (technical, behavioral, leadership) - Manage training logistics, scheduling, and attendance tracking - Document training materials, reports, and feedback - Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration - Track employee learning progress and generate reports - Promote learning culture through internal communication - Assist in competency mapping and talent development programs - Participate in HR transformation projects - Provide support in HR audits, compliance, and policy drafting
