Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor food quality, presentation, and implement quality assurance programs to meet customer expectations.
• Enforce food safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, train staff on proper food handling, and report safety incidents.
• Promote sustainability practices, manage waste disposal, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Assess and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are met.
• Maintain records on food safety, quality control, and environmental practices, and prepare relevant reports.
• Provide ongoing training to staff on QHSE policies, procedures, and relevant safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills for food recalls, natural disasters, and health emergencies.
• Review and update QHSE policies, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
• Address customer complaints, seek feedback, and improve food quality, safety, and service.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and inspections to assess compliance with QHSE standards.

Required Education Qualification

BSc Food Technology

Experience

Should have expertise in food safety, quality control, and health and safety standards. ISO standards & FSSAI Procedures
