Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of gardeners, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Oversee landscape maintenance, including pruning, watering, fertilizing, and pest control of plants and green spaces.
• Assist with landscape design and plant selection to enhance the aesthetic value of the facility.
• Monitor plant health, identify issues such as pests or diseases, and implement corrective measures.
• Manage gardening supplies and equipment, ensuring tools are well-maintained and inventory levels are adequate.
• Ensure proper irrigation systems are functioning and watering is efficient.
• Enforce safety standards, ensuring safe practices and proper use of equipment and  chemicals.
• Control the gardening budget, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and managing expenses.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure landscaping meets overall facility needs.
• Evaluate team performance and report on gardening activities, challenges, and progress to

 management.
