Key Responsibilities
*Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedules.
*Train and guide team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use.
*Monitor cleanliness of all areas (production floors, restrooms, offices, amenities, common area etc.) and ensure high standards are met.
*Ensure adherence to safety standards, making sure all housekeeping activities comply with health and safety regulations.
*Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring there is no shortage and that resources are used effectively.
*Inspect areas regularly to identify any cleanliness or maintenance issues, addressing them promptly.
*Coordinate with other departments to ensure cleaning tasks do not disrupt production activities or workflows.
*Report any issues related to housekeeping, cleanliness, or maintenance to management.
*Enforce waste management procedures and ensure proper disposal of waste according to safety and environmental guidelines.
*Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and any incidents for reporting purposes.
Required Education Qualification
BHM/ Dip - HM (3yrs course)
Experience
Should have experience in handling housekeeping activities in the manufacturing or healthcare domain.
