Key Responsibilities
*Oversee daily cleanliness of production floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
*Manage housekeeping staff, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance supervision.
*Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
*Ensure safety compliance with cleaning activities, particularly in high-risk areas.
*Implement hygiene and sanitation standards specific to the manufacturing environment.
*Conduct regular audits to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Oversee waste management, ensuring proper disposal and recycling of materials.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure cleanliness doesn’t interfere with operations.
*Prepare reports on cleaning activities, safety compliance, and inventory status.
*Control costs and manage the housekeeping budget, identifying areas for efficiency and savings.
*Should have experience in handling housekeeping activities in the manufacturing or healthcare domain.
