Key Responsibilities:
· Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers & stakeholders
· Assist in the development and maintenance of project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
· Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
· Track project progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing issues or risks as they arise.
· Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions, documenting meeting minutes and action items.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
· Assist with the implementation of project management software and tools, providing training and support to users as needed.
· Conduct periodic reviews of project portfolios, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
· Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to ensure alignment and transparency.
· Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the effectiveness of project management practices.
· Provide administrative support to the PMO, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and resource management.
CAPM certification is preferred.
