About the Role:
The Client Fulfilment team consists of three main functions:
• Client Engagement: working with clients; strong partners to sales, product
colleagues and Campaign Development.
• Campaign Development: defining and planning campaign programs and their goals,
with overall responsibility for all campaign outcomes.
• Campaign Management: deploying campaigns, monitoring and optimising;
channel experts.
The Client Fulfilment team is part of Planning within the wider Research Marketing team
and supports the Impact Solutions team which consists of advertising, conferences, and
both sponsored editorial and custom content to help commercial partners build
relationships with the scientific community.
The Marketing Planning team is responsible for tactical marketing plans, covering all
relevant products, solutions and services. The team translates marketing strategies into
customer-centric marketing programs that strengthen our brands and deliver value and
revenue.
The Marketing Manager will be part of the Campaign Management team within Client
Fulfilment which is responsible for defining, planning, managing, and delivering the
marketing for curated products and services Springer Nature creates on behalf of a wide
range of clients globally.
We are looking for a highly experienced and ambitious Marketing Manager to join a
dynamic team and be able to hit the ground running as both a campaign executor and
strategist. The Marketing Manager will have strong campaign execution skills, a proven
record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, the ability to own and lead A/B and
MVP testing strategies and form effective and collaborative relationships with other team
functions and key stakeholders.
This role will be in our Pune offices on a hybrid working model.
Role Responsibilities:
• Campaign coordination, execution and on time deployment across paid social
and email marketing campaigns across the whole product portfolio
• Monitoring, analysing and optimising in-flight campaign performance to achieve
KPIs set.
• Leading and owning A/B and MVP testing strategy across both existing and new platforms.
• Sharing campaign trends and insights with other team functions to optimise product and channel mix.
• Assisting and advising Head of Campaign Management on marketing workflow improvements and other relevant projects in collaboration with other team functions, marketing teams and key stakeholders.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
• 5 years + experience in digital marketing role
• Expert knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads including being up to date
with the latest developments in each platform.
• Expert in email marketing across a variety of platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar)
• Leader and owner of A/B and MVP testing strategy
• Proven track record of optimising social and email campaigns to achieve KPIs set
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with other key stakeholders
• Logical and strategic thinker - sees the “bigger picture” outside their everyday task
• Uses accountability, integrity and initiative at all times especially in challenging situations.
Desirable:
• SAP Hybris email platform experience
• Exposure to Braze technology stack
• GA4 expertise (Basic knowledge will be required).
