Job description:

Responsibilities:

Configure the Intake solution
Communicates with the deployment lead
Upholds build standards
Motivates stakeholders to execute operational change and achieve desired results   
Assists in creating, implementing, and upholding standard processes and workflows
Collaborates with stakeholders to design educational materials and coordinates training activities to prepare for operational readiness   
Assesses applicable patient experience initiative enhancements and expansion
Demonstrates an ability to identify opportunities to gain efficiencies relating to patient experience initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
Business management or healthcare experience
Excellent organization and attention to detail skills
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
Excellent decision-making, communication and collaboration skills with proven cross-functional and multi-level relationship building skills
Strong analytical skills and ability
Ability to solve problems outside of area of expertise
