Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to monitor SC KPIs and drive projects for overall improvement of
KPIs.
Network Design: Design and execute the logistic material flow as per business requirement and optimize logistic performance.
Strategic Planning: Identify process gaps and implement process improvement strategies to
enhance supply chain performance.
KPI Controlling: Deploy and monitor supply chain KPI targets that supports business
deliverables.
Audit Management: Ensure logistics processes are performed as standard and maintaining
necessary documents for internal and external audits.
Global Coordinator: Coordinate and implement global topics in regions that improves supply
chain processes.
Project Management: Execute strategic projects related to demand planning, source planning and execution in supporting business deliverables
System expert: Guide team for new system developments, lead local roll outs of global tools /
systems
Qualifications
Education:
1. Bachelor degree (BE, B.Tech) in any relevant stream.
2. MBA in Supply chain is desirable.
Experience:
* 8-10 years in supply chain with experience across planning, execution and warehousing.
* Experience of handling large scale supply chain project.
Competencies:
* Proficient knowledge of supply chain management principles and processes.
* Proficient in project management methodologies.
* Proficient in logistic planning and distribution process.
* Proficient in inventory management and demand forecasting
* Proficient in data analytic tools.
* Competent in communication and collaboration skills
* Proficient ERP and IT tools.
