What you will do
The DAM Content Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the digital asset management platform and associated workflows to support Marketing Operations processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring that all digital assets are properly tagged, organized, and stored in the DAM system. Additionally, you will collaborate with the internal Marketing Lens project teams, to ensure L0/L1 technical support and guidance is administrated for all end users of the platform. Lastly, you will be accountable for ensuring all SLAs are met by optimizing the asset management support process to drive efficiency, compliance and speed to market for our digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Ingestion and Management:
Oversee the ingestion of digital assets into the Marketing Lens Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
Ensure all assets are tagged with relevant metadata, including product information, usage rights ,and version history.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and input accurate metadata for each asset.
Content Ownership and Curation:
Own and optimize where possible, the storage of digital assets into logical classifications for easy retrieval through manual search needs and/or for other systems integrated with the DAM.
Responsible to ensure asset standards are adhered to with downstream applications, maintaining content / asset integrity from DAM to downstream systems like PIM and DxP.
Maintain and recommend optimizations to global taxonomy that aligns with global brand guidelines, local requirements, and global data model needs.
Develop designer level knowledge on the most frequently available Final Asset formats like PSD, AI and INDD
Own the support and curation of the library of approved and compliant content.
Support Management & Optimization:
Manage and maintain the integrity of the DAM system, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise within specified SLAs.
Provide support and training to content creators and other stakeholders on how to use the DAM system effectively. Including cross-training Marketing Lens team members on new updates and changes to the DAM Platform.
Analyze support requests that are enhancement-based items, conduct feasibility tests and provide technology guidance/input for design, create user stories and AC, and complete testing.
Responsible for staying on top of enhancement requests and updating documentation accordingly to ensure the operational integrity of all changes to the environment.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital asset management, as well as latest features specific to Aprimo DAM and make recommendations for improvements to the DAM system as needed.
Demonstrate an understanding of dedicated segment brand standard, business partner needs, provide project support, and test solutions.
What we are looking for:
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in digital asset management or a related field.
Strong curiosity and desire for challenging the status quo
Strong understanding of digital asset management systems and workflows.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
2-4 years of related experience in a technical support and advice role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with DAM software such as Aprimo, Widen Collective, or Bynder.
Experience with programs used to create digital assets, such as AdobeIn Design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma
Experience in configuring and integrating new functionality by designing system sand solutions that closely adhere to company standards and structures.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
