Job description:

Advances equitable access to quality care through championing nurses and community health workers, enabling community-centered and culturally conscious care, and supporting access to medicines and technologies

Purpose of job:

Existing Partnership Oversight and Management:

Leverage and nurture significant external partner relationships and resources for scaled implementation to increase health impact goals.

External Relationship Development: Evaluate and analyze current partnerships while

recommending future collaborations that align with organizational strategy. This role involves

scanning and assessing the external public health ecosystem to identify organizations’ needs for

partnerships and matching these with the capabilities that organization can bring as an

extensive cross-sector and cross-functional entity.

Initiative Generation and Scaling: In collaboration with the global Program Delivery & Impact team, this person will work closely to support Strategy, Grants, Impact, and Delivery Leads in the

collaborative development of new initiatives by bringing in additional partners and/or

strengthening existing partnerships to increase/scale patient impact.

Program Design and Sustainability: Co-create initiatives with partners and team members, using

internal Organization's programs and business capabilities as a key differentiator for contributing and growing

the scale of balanced social impact.
