Job description:

The Lead plays a critical role in driving program milestones, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring that supplier contributions integrate seamlessly into project workflows. This role acts as a critical interface between the VES Product Heads and internal

stakeholders such as Product Planning, Platform teams, Finance, Purchase, Manufacturing and external stakeholders  not limited to VES supplier and technology partner ecosystem

Purpose of job:

Resource Management:

∙Develop and deploy strategies to ensure optimal allocation of human/ material resources across

Projects and Products  

∙Create systems and mechanism to monitor resource utilization and forecast resource

requirements basis Project scope and roadmap.

∙Measure and report the performance of resources, ensuring productivity levels align with

company goals and timelines

Risk Management:

∙Identify, forecast, and assess potential risks across all programs, prioritizing and escalating critical risks to the VES Head & senior management.

∙Lead regular risk management reviews to address potential risks, provide solutions, and ensure timely mitigation of issues.

Supplier Interface & Stakeholder Management:

∙Serve as interface with defined accountabilities between the multiple Suppliers/ Technology

partners engaged in s/w development/ delivery and the associated Vehicle systems.

∙Manage supplier relationships, address risks related to supply chain and delivery timelines.
