Job description:

Target setting and system level drill-down

• Overall: Accountable for setting TCP targets across all projects within platform

on time

– Interface with PP & Marketing to set TCP targets incl. FI

– Ensures engg./supplier/mfg./cost feasibility is incorporated

– Incorporates input on planning/resource availability from PPM

• System Level: Ensure overall TCP targets are translated to effective System

Purpose of job:

Engineering:

– Ensure effective translation of system-level targets into SORs/drawings through PEH considering feasibilities

– Ensure inter-system trade-offs taken by PEH are in line w/ platform req.

Purchase:

– Ensure timely closure & minimum re openings of technical deliverables through PEH and techno-commercial deliverable decisions through PPH

– Ensure vendor panel and VoB by SSU is line w/ platform req. through SSU

Manufacturing:

– Ensure timely closure & minimum re openings all mfg. decisions, i.e., make vs buy, mfg. strategy (incl. loc.), in-house part dvpt., mfg.-related PPAP closure through PMH
