Job description:

This role will be pivotal in driving customer-centric decisioning processes, leveraging the power of the Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

As a Pega Decisioning Developer with six years of experience, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions, optimizing customer engagement and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Development: • Develop and implement Pega Decisioning solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). • Design and configure Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies to deliver personalized customer experiences. • Ensure alignment with Toyota Finance Australia’s business goals and compliance requirements.

2. Data Integration & Analytics: • Integrate Pega Decisioning with enterprise systems and data sources for seamless customer insights. • Leverage analytics and AI capabilities to refine decisioning strategies. • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure solution effectiveness.

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: • Work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and IT departments to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. • Provide technical guidance and collaborate with other developers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

4. Quality Assurance & Optimization: • Conduct testing to validate decisioning models and ensure accuracy. • Continuously optimize decisioning processes for better performance and scalability.

5. Documentation & Training: • 

Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, designs, and workflows. 

• Train and mentor junior team members in Pega Decisioning best practices.

 Required Skills & Qualifications: • 

   Pega Expertise: • Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in Pega Decisioning development,  including Pega CDH.

  Proficiency in creating NBA strategies, Decision Tables, and Data Flows.

  Hands-on experience with Pega Rules, Flows, and Integration Services. 

 Technical Skills: • 

   Strong understanding of data models, analytics, and AI-driven decisioning. 

• Experience integrating Pega solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

 • Knowledge of Java, SQL, and related technologies is a plus
