As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business and technology. You are responsible for understanding both the technical and business needs of a customer or project, gathering and analysing requirements, and translating that into comprehensive requirements briefs and finally persuasive proposals.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and technically sound proposals and content for a range of projects, from data engineering and analytics to machine learning solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of our industry, technologies, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Requirement Gathering: Be part of client calls, get a good understanding of implicit and explicit client requirements, and translate the requirements into proper requirement briefs for the technical/ operational stakeholders
Proposal Development and Management: Collaborate with cross-functional tech teams, and members at various levels and roles, to understand the proposed solution, drafting it into compelling sales proposals Manage proposal timelines, coordination, and submissions, ensuring that all proposal components are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Create, maintain and update proposal templates and proposal management systems
Technical Content Creation: Assist in creating marketing or sales collaterals like technical brochures, case studies, blogs, whitepapers, business cases / plans. Create or enhance technical documentation, user manuals for various stakeholder groups
Industry Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data engineering and machine learning to incorporate relevant information into proposals
Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control processes to review and improve proposal content, grammar, and technical accuracy
