Designing and conducting employee performance evaluations and assessments
Identifying performance gaps and areas of improvement
·Creating and facilitating performance-focused training sessions
·Working with managers to develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees
· Managing employee performance data and reporting on key metrics
· Providing coaching and feedback to employees and managers
· Ensuring compliance with all performance management policies and regulations
· Promoting a high-performance culture within the organization
· Coordinating with HR for succession planning and career development based on performance outcomes

Education and Experience:
1. 10+ years of broad HR experience including talent management and performance management.
2. Experience in designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, competency assessment and succession
3. Post graduate in HR
