Job description:

·Developing and implementing performance management systems and strategies

 Designing and conducting employee performance evaluations and assessments

 Identifying performance gaps and areas of improvement

·Creating and facilitating performance-focused training sessions

·Working with managers to develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees

·  Managing employee performance data and reporting on key metrics

·   Providing coaching and feedback to employees and managers        

·   Ensuring compliance with all performance management policies and regulations

·   Promoting a high-performance culture within the organization

·   Coordinating with HR for succession planning and career development based on performance outcomes

·   Partner with business leaders to implement effective review process that drive organization goals

·  Drive implementation of changes across the organisation

·  Develop competency framework for new roles in the organization

· Design external assessment for leadership promotions

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven experience as an Employee Performance Manager

Understanding of performance management techniques and procedures

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Strong presentation skills

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Education and Experience:

1.      10+ years of broad HR experience including talent management and performance management.

2.      Experience in designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, competency assessment and succession

3.      Post graduate in HR
