Play critical role in Designing and Developing Benefit Policies, processes and structures, which support and align with the business's needs and strategy.
Manage all Benefits processes like Budgeting, Insurances, Health Plans, Car Lease etc and
new Benefits introduction
Analyze Market Trends and proposes necessary recommendation, for revamping policies,
introducing new w polices
Participate on all C&B Salary Surveys and Benchmarking process.
Responsible in ensuring that the benefits practices are in compliance with current legislation.
Liaise with internal & external team members and stake holders, provide analysis and reports.
to the Global team on compensation and benefits programs as required
Conduct process and compliance audits and implement necessary controls to fix the gaps
C&B Operations:
· Responsible for all calculations and payout of for monthly/quarterly/half yearly/annual payouts such as Incentives, Bonus, CTC structures, allowances
· Liaising with Corporate Payroll team for C&B related inputs
· Responsible for all Benefits operations and Administration such as Insurance Plans, Health Plans, Car lease etc
Streamline Processes and Automation
Work Experience
· Must have 5 to 8 years of overall HR experience including 3+ years in India Compensation, Benefits, Payroll,
· Experience can be a mix of India Payroll, India C&B or India C&B Operations. India based experience of minimum 2 Years is required
· Experience only in Global C&B Operations, Global Benefits or Global Payroll is not preferred.
· Must have worked in fast paced dynamic environment
· Recent 2 years’ experience must be in organizations in with headcount 1000+. Experience in Large Services companies is preferred
· Industry Experience preferred but not limited to: IT/ITES/Tech/E commerce/BPO/Financial Services/Banking/Insurance/Manufacturing
