Play critical role in Designing and Developing C&B Policies and Compensation Structures
Implement Comp & Ben processes which support and align with the business's needs and strategy
Conduct C&B audits and implement necessary controls to fix the gaps
Manage C&B processes like Budgeting, Salary Increment Planning, Bonus Planning, New Benefits introduction
Analyze Compensation Report against Market Trends and proposes necessary recommendation
Execute Salary Surveys and Compensation Benchmarking process
Responsible in ensuring that the compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
Liaise with internal & external team members and stake holders, Provide analysis and reports to the Global team on compensation and benefits programs as required
Must have 5 to 8 years of overall HR experience including 3+ years in Compensation and Benefits function.
Recent experience should be in Core C&B for India only, at least 50% core C&B
Past experience can be in Payroll or C&B Operations, but recent 2-3 years’ experience should be Core C&B for India only
Experience only in C&B Operations or Payroll is not preferred
Must have worked in fast paced dynamic environment
Recent 2 years’ experience must be in organizations in with headcount 1000+. Experience in Large Services companies is preferred
Industry Experience preferred but not limited to: IT/ITES/Tech/E commerce/BPO/Financial Services/Banking/Insurance/Manufacturing
