· Liaise with the business leaders, for Campus internship program and design & ideate & action internship programs for summer and winter session.
· Organize in-house career days, attend college career fairs, and promote the employer brand to attract potential candidates.
· Network with, Campus Placement Co-Coordinator’s.
· Responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing skills assessments for junior positions and internships.
· Build & maintain strong relationships with university/college stakeholders.
· Execute complete End-to-End gamut of Campus hiring through multiple channels - On-Campus / Off-Campus, Pool Hiring, Walk-In Drives from various B-Schools / T- Schools at North, West & Southern region of India including majority of Tier-I, Tier-II, Tier-III & premium Institutions & Universities.
· Execute various student engagement activities.
· Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratio.
· Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting.
· Responsible to ensure personal recruitment metrics are achieved.
Skill and competencies
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and 2+ years in managing end to end campus hiring. High on persuasiveness which helps drive closures
· Good written, conversational and presentation capabilities
· Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams
· Ability to interact confidently with Senior Leadership
· Flexibility to work in extended shifts.
· Flexibility for travelling as per business requirement.
