Roles and Responsibilities :
· Development using Dot Net technologies
· Ability to perform L2 support with in-depth impact analysis on incident and problems arising from the production environment
· The person will be exposed to a variety of assignments, responding to service requests, problem solving, maintaining stability, performing technical implementations,
· Provide ongoing support for Corporate applications, including on-call, problem analysis, resolution and escalation.
· Perform regular maintenance activities required to keep the applications working at expected levels.
· Working with the Subject Matter Experts and Business Analysts to provide the quick fix/permanent solution for the production issues
· Ability to provide solutions for system/batch support and/or improvements
· Ability to follow and suggest delivery processes and KPI’s for production support delivery quality
· Follow the rotation plan for support
Key Requirements:
· Bachelors in Technology(B.Tech) or Masters in computer application(MCA)
· 4-7 years of experience in development and production support
· Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, SSIS and/or web services, WCF, API development, MVC, JS, JQuery
· Strong knowledge of relational database (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgresSQL ) and stored procedures.
· Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodology.
Knowledge about version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps (TFS))
DevOps tools knowledge is an added advantage.
