Job description:

Position: Service Delivery Manager - Campus Hiring
Locations: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune

Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible for leading Talent acquisition – Campus Hiring function for the assigned 
location(s). The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

∙Managing & executing complete End-to-End gamut of Campus hiring through multiple channels - On-Campus / Off-Campus, Pool Hiring, Walk-In Drives from various B-Schools / T- Schools at North, West & Southern region of India including majority of Tier-I, Tier-II, Tier-III & premium Institutions & Universities.
∙Liaising with various college placement authorities to attain the favorite slot so as to attract the best & most talent pool in the campus.
∙ Plan, strategize & execute various student engagement activities like Industry Visits, Workshops, Guest Lectures, Hackathons, Live Projects, Internships, Boot-Camps for Fresh & Innovative Mind Ideas etc. & also participating in several sponsorships at various  institutional events to promote the overall organization’s branding aspects.
∙Creating a robust Talent Acquisition engine with an aim to bring forth recruitment efficiency.
∙Lead and mentor a team of Recruiters for driving Volume Hiring numbers in a high-performance environment.
∙Set internal standards on recruitment through benchmarking/best practices.
∙Review data and assess external talent environment to forecast talent supply & needs.
∙Relationship management with key stakeholders.
∙Track recruitment metrics to measure and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring.

What we are Looking for: 
∙12+ years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a team leading role in talent acquisition.
∙Minimum 4 + years of experience in Campus hiring.
∙Must have experience in driving talent acquisition strategy and delivery.
∙Should be a go-getter, who has an ability to drive strategic talent acquisition goals for the organization in a fast paced, complex environment.
∙Experience building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
∙Experience in leading, managing and mentoring a high performing team.
