Position: Lead/Sr Lead – GHRSS hiring
Locations: Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai
Responsibilities:
∙Responsible for end to end hiring for GHRSS vertical.
∙Manage hiring needs for various GHRSS sub verticals – HRIS/TAGS/Ops and provide end to end recruitment support to the UK, US, APAC business.
∙Partner with business to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage
business expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
∙Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people” and based
on skill set and fitment. Understand their motivation.
∙Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going
relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to
anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratio.
∙Excellent sourcing skills using various channels e.g, Linkedin, Networking Sites, Headhunting, Portals,
Referrals, Vendors etc.
∙Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the
company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting.
∙Responsible to Recruitment Reports as per business requirement.
∙Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.
∙Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and
consistent timeline.
∙Responsible to ensure personal recruitment metrics are achieved.
Skills We are Looking For:
∙7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and 2+ years in managing end to hiring for GHRSS roles.
∙ High on persuasiveness which helps drive closures
∙Good written, conversational and presentation capabilities
∙Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams
∙Ability to interact confidently with Senior Leadership
∙Flexibility to work in extended shifts.
