PSS Voice is responsible for building traction and maximizing win for non-vanilla product lines such as Smartflo & Omni channel (WhatsApp for Business, Chat bot)
Candidate will be responsible for product sales and revenue in his/her assigned territory or customer accounts.
Responsible to get OB - SDWAN
Conduct Webinars and training / enablement session for CSM/ PAM Partner
Share Market Intelligence to HQ Product Team - Customer Insights, Competition Benchmarking etc.
Capability presentation to Large / Medium customer, make product value propositions, demo to customer and support sales team in deal closure.
Tracking of funnel and enable conversion
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the full Azure product suite, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings
Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase Azure's features and capabilities - Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to identify customer needs and propose tailored Azure solutions
Provide advisory and consultative services to guide customers through the Azure evaluation and procurement process
Maintain strong relationships with existing Azure customers and identify expansion opportunities
Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure product updates, pricing, and competitive landscape
Proactively research and identify new Azure use cases, verticals, and customer segments including New Markets
Contribute to the development of sales tools, collateral, and go-to-market strategies to generate more business
(Qualification & Experience)
• Strong technical commercial knowledge & experience of assigned products
• Advance level understanding of technology landscape, products, and trends
• Product Understanding along with regulations
• Understanding of customer segment and key use case to create opportunity
• Total Experience: 8 to 12 Years
• 3 Years of experience in sale or Solutions designing for cloud Telephony or customized offering. and in any of the following products like SDWAN would be an added advantage • Sales mindset • Specialization and certification will be an added advantage.
- 7+ years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, preferably in the cloud computing or IT services industry
- In-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its various service offerings with certifications
- Proven track record of successfully closing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess customer requirements and propose optimal solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Preferred
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Azure certification (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, Azure Architect)
- Experience in a specific Azure service or solution area (e.g., IaS, PaaS, data, AI/ML)
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and industry trends
- Familiarity with the IT buying process and decision-making dynamics in enterprise organizations
