Key Result Areas:
As a Customer Relationship manager for Growth Accounts, should play a crucial role in fostering and expanding relationships with the TOP Creamy customers to drive revenue growth and maximize business opportunities. This role requires adept account management skills, proficient account mapping capabilities, and the ability to effectively pitch multiple products to ensure the development of new large high revenue accounts
Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned growth accounts, cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Work on the Basic Hygiene of the logo which includes,
1) RPC Validation (3 RPCs)
2) Customer Firmographics
• Regularly engage with customers to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for further opportunities.
• Organise SLT Visits & Tech workshops to engage with the customers.
• Churn Control by reducing Inflow & increasing Restoration.
2. Revenue Extraction:
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for Upgrade, upselling, and expanding product usage based on thorough account analysis.
• Utilize account mapping insights to develop targeted strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and maximize account potential.
• Effectively articulate the value proposition of multiple products or solutions offered by our company to address the diverse needs of partners.
• Tailor product pitches and presentations to align with the specific requirements and priorities of each partner, highlighting unique benefits and competitive advantages.
3. Cross Functional Collaboration:
• Support in Driving Marketing Activities.
• Close loop customer requests
• Collaborate with internal stake holders for Proactive Service & Network Audits, monitor & study NPS.
Capabilities and competencies:
Understanding of wireless & wire line telecom solutions Good Oral and Written Presentation skills
Strong crosses functional skills to collaborate with commercial, program management, Technology and Finance.
Innovative and flexible in strategizing GTM Approach Flexible for learning new products and processes.
Experience:
12-15 years of Experience in Enterprise Sales or Account Management
Qualification:
Graduate + MBA (Mktg) Or Engineering Graduate
