Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Editor with 8-10 years of experience in Healthcare Communication to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for Content Development, KOL Management, and Society Partnership, delivering innovative scientific content solutions to pharmaceutical companies. You will also ensure that all content meets the highest editorial standards and complies with client expectations, as well as medical, legal, and regulatory requirements and processes.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Client Briefs and Concepts

Analyze and interpret client briefs on specific molecules or topics to understand their requirements.

Perform data mining to propose and develop product concepts for campaigns and educational series, tailored according to the target audience.

 

Content Development

Develop clear and accurate medical content based on current research and trends. Edit for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to editorial standards.

Ensure all information and sources are accurate and reliable, confirming that content reflects the latest medical knowledge and developments.

 

New Products Development

Use published medical content from Springer Nature’s repository to create high-quality medical education products.

Ensure that content is clinically relevant, evidence-based, and meets the practical needs of clinicians.

 

Build KOL Network & Society Partnership

Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the field.

Manage communication and contributions from KOLs throughout the publishing process.

Liaise with leading societies to develop Educational Modules

 

Medical Writing and Content Development

Develop clear and accurate medical content based on current research and trends. Edit for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to editorial standards.

Ensure all information and sources are accurate and reliable, confirming that content reflects the latest medical knowledge and developments.

 

Track Medical Trends

Keep track of industry conferences, the latest medical advancements, and new molecule launches to stay informed and integrate relevant updates into our educational product.

 

Qualifications

Medical Degree - MBBS / MD.

Extensive experience in Healthcare communication, with a strong understanding of scientific content creation and editorial processes. Experience of working with Global societies / Key Opinion leaders for developing scientific educational modules will be preferred.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent oral and written communication along with very good interpersonal skills.

8+ years of experience working in the area of scientific communication.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven diverse environment. Collaboration with the Editorial, Product Management team, and Sales Teams is vital.

     Sound analytical skills and proactive attitude.

Proficient in digital knowledge with an understanding of AI-based tools.

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and aptitude for proprietary systems.

Travel as per business requirements.
