About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and enhancement of projects. You will leverage your expertise to design, develop and deliver innovative software solutions. This role requires a good understanding of software development methodologies. You will work closely with Product owner, development team and other stakeholders to define and refine product features and enhancements. You will be part of a highly motivated Business Analysts community consisting of skilled individuals.

 

Role Responsibilities:

You will be working as a Business Analyst for Production Technology Implementation and Enhancement Projects

Collaborate with users to gather requirements, translate business needs into user stories, fostering collective understanding

Facilitate structured discussions with development team and stakeholders

Identify and suggest areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and quality

Create and maintain documentation such as process overviews, user guides etc.

 

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of relevant experience.·

Ability to work independently as part of a team· 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills·

Knowledge of various business analysis tools and techniques·

Proven experience in requirements gathering.·

Demonstrated experience in quickly adapting to new industries, business models, and project environments.·

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and pivot as project needs change.·

Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic settings.·

Strong business acumen to understand organizational goals and align project outcomes with strategic objectives·

Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM.·

Good to have exposure to API, JSON, XML, and data models.

Having a good command of English is important; collaboration is important in our day-to-day work, so being able to communicate your ideas and understand others is key
