Project Management:
To lead and oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Technical Expertise: IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in all project phases – plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, implement including agile methodology.
Methodologies & Tools:
Mastery knowledge and use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques e.g., AGILE, Scrum, Safe etc. Working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, ADO , SNOW.
Cross - Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and content development, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, ensuring that they are clearly defined and understood.
Risk Management:
Implement rigorous risk checks at each tracking step, in collaboration with the respective partner. Mitigate risks with stakeholders and escalate when no immediate solution is available.
Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure the final product meets high standards of quality and performance.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication within the project team, with stakeholders, and with senior management, providing regular updates on project status.
Continuous Improvement:
Clear idea of innovation to Implement and refine project management methodologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. Reporting: Generate regular project progress reports and present project status to senior management and stakeholders.
