• Elicit and document business and technical requirements for credit card related projects and enhancements using various techniques.
• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, data models, process flows, user stories, etc.
• Work with the IT teams and vendors to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions that meet the business needs and comply with the industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing for the credit card systems and applications, and report and resolve any defects or issues.
• Provide training and support to the end-users and troubleshoot any problems or queries related to the credit card processing and operations.
• Manage and monitor the credit card systems and applications performance, availability, and security, and escalate any incidents or risks as needed.
• Communicate and collaborate with the business and IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the alignment and delivery of the credit card solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the credit card industry and recommend changes or improvements as needed. Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Experience in working with credit card processing platforms and vendors such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.
