Job description:

Required Skills & Competencies: 

1. Identify new potential worksite clients and deepen the relationship with the potential customers.           

2. Leverage ABG and Non ABG network, product knowledge, Market knowledge is mandatory.

3. Build close connect with the senior management to identify the possible opportunity across product offerings.

5. Constant learning all nuances of all the products, being abreast with the market and competition.

6.Flexible enough to travel out of office to meet prospects.

 To consistently acquire new clients through worksite

•          To identify potential clients through ABG worksite activities such as large organizations, factories, offices, residential societies, schools etc.

•          Deepening wallet share by multi product selling along with identifying new potential corporates to conduct worksites

To achieve targeted sales volume

•           To achieve the targets set by business head in terms of number of new acquisition & client retention, amounts mobilized, number of products sold, persistency of SIP etc.

•          To Ensure close connect with customers so as to identify the possible opportunity across product offerings.

To contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives

•           Ensuring focus on complaints being recorded adequately & resolved within pre agreed TATs including escalation matrices being developed and adhered to.

Adherence to SOPs

•          Ensure the adherence of all regulatory compliances & critical policies of organization.

•          To help the risk & review process through continual monitoring of client profile & ensuring thorough documentation relating to proposals & KYC procedures.

To formulate periodic MIS and report them periodically

•          Ensuring that the MIS are updated basis decided frequencies and shared with the Business Team

Consistently ensure the self-development

•          Focusing on self-development to ensure relevance in business. Ensuring that all regulatory tests and standards including but not only
