The Converter & Electrical quality sub-module is responsible for ensuring design quality, reliability and continuous improvement projects Rooted in the Systems Engineering discipline, use of Failure Mode Effects Analysis is integral to our design in all phases. The role as DFMEA functional lead functions locally in the C&E module to assure best practice applied to all designs.

Job description:

Responsibilities

You will be a part of the Quality & Tools sub module and report to the Sub Module Owner of Quality & Tools in Converter & Electrical Module

Demonstrate structured approach and methodology to conduct effective Root Cause Analysis in problem solving projects (ex: LPF/LD and CIM)

Prioritization of field failures (CIM cases and Alarms) to meet the targets

Guide and coach team members on Six sigma methodologies, RCA techniques, and relevant analytical tools

Maintain clear and open communication in the value chain to ensure alignment and support for improvement initiatives

Maintain Lessons learned overview of product failures in the field

 

Qualifications

Bachelor / Master's in any engineering specialization 

A six sigma certified practitioner (Black Belt / Master Black belt)

7+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality management

Proven experience in conducting RCA and implementing corrective actions in design

 

Competencies

Good ability to analyze data and identity trends and root causes

Expertise in problem solving techniques and methodologies

Ability to guide and mentor team members in quality and process improvement methodologies

Advance verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and stakeholders
