GenAI Lead
Job Description
1. Should have strong knowledge & understanding of the GenAI models, algorithms, and techniques - OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude, Palm, LLMs, how to deploy them on cloud/ on-premises and use APIs to build Industry solutions
2. Exp in implementing & optimizing generative models for various applications such as text generation, image synthesis, data augmentation
3. Exp in using frameworks like Lang Chain, Llama index, Semantic Kernel
4. Exp in working on concepts like RAG & Model Tuning
5. Ep with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
6. Collaborate with team members to understand and solve complex AI problems
6. Use analytical & problem-solving skills to troubleshoot, debug, and improve solutions built with AI models & algorithms
8. Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a must
9. Effectively lead the team of developers & should be able to effectively strike the conversation with the customer
10. Strong Programming knowledge in Python, Familiarity with JavaScript/Java/C#
11. Familiarity with database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
12. Continuously learn about new AI technologies and trends to stay updated and bring innovative ideas to the team.
