We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills who are eager to learn and evolve into Generative AI Engineers. This role involves undergoing a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop, implement, and optimize generative AI algorithms and models.  
 
Responsibilities: 
  
1. Participate actively in the AI training program, absorbing, and applying knowledge on generative AI models, algorithms, and techniques. 
2. Collaborate with team members to understand and solve complex AI problems. 
3. Use analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot, debug, and improve solutions built with AI models and algorithms. 
4. Assist in the development and implementation of AI projects under the guidance of senior engineers. 
5. Continuously learn about new AI technologies and trends to stay updated and bring innovative ideas to the team. 
  
Requirements: 
  
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. 3 years' experience working with software technologies in a professional setting.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
4. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
5. Strong programming skills in Java.
6. Mastery of Spring Framework and J2EE, harnessing their power to build robust, high-performance applications.
7. Experience with Spring MVC and Spring Boot for building responsive, agile, and maintainable systems.
8. Proficiency in using IDEs and software development tools like eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA.
9. Strong grasp of Hibernate for seamless interaction with databases, both SQL and NoSQL.
10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
11. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  

Preferred (But Not Required): 
  
1. Prior experience or coursework in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields. 
2. Basic understanding Generative AI, Models, and Open-Source frameworks.
3. Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
