What you will do:Business PartneringOverall business partneringInventory governance to manage cash flowMonthly financial Reviews with all the stakeholders PricingSupport the pricing process for the India Region to ensure proper controls are in place and followed,Review the Current Pricing Data by developing reports which provide analysis on price data and margin,Monitor and Report Price Adjustments to track price and margins variances,Report Indirect Channel Off-Contract Sales Orders in Stryker’s Indirect Channel Portal. Analysis and ReportingGenerate, Analyze and Distribute Sales Performance Report,Identify new opportunities for reporting that provides deeper insight on business performance and trends to improve decision making and create value in the region,Budgeting and long-range financial planningRolling forecast on quarterly basisMonthly profitability analysis System OrientatedMaintain a control log for adjustments to ensure integrity of data,Review, maintain and understand the master data set up in the systems and impact on reported data. Ad Hoc / Other ProjectsSupport on ad-hoc requests or key projects within the wider FP&A team. 

 

What you need:
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 to 6 years of experiencePreference to Merit holder in All India CA Exams/Certified finance professionalPreference to internship from the Big 4 Accounting FirmsVery strong interpersonal and communication skills, Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and multi-task; strong process prioritization and time management skill
