Implement the organization's credit policies so that an acceptable level of risk is maintained, repayments are made on time, losses are kept to a minimum, and arrears are economically collected. Reject or authorize applications in accordance with company standards and establish appropriate repayment terms to minimize the organization's credit risk. Manage the organization's most complex, large, or difficult credit accounts to maintain positive customer relations and minimize debts outstanding. Monitor the status of credit and collection activities to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the team. Liaise with functional or operational area managers (for example in sales or customer service) to ensure that credit and collection activities are consistent with the organization's overall customer relations strategy.

- Creation, management, and circulation of customer credit MISs to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor the credit granting and updating process.
- Customer onboarding and settlement - Understanding & designing the complete process flow for customer lifecycle, identification of challenges and proposing new ideas for betterment of the process.
- Data Readiness for Analytics and Audit Perspective- Creating Reports which can be effectively drilled down as per regional and global requirements.
- Master Data maintenance for all customers, highlighting Duplicate entries, correct mapping as per proposed category and monthly monitoring of complete Master data.
- Handling and managing calls with different stakeholders to understand their process and incorporating the same as per India specific requirement. Monitor periodic credit reviews.
- Onboarding innovative credit partner solutions to enable the business growth and driving smooth execution between credit partners, internal stakeholders, and customers.
