Be Well, Work Well provides skills and knowledge to prioritize well-being and. The firm has several flexible work arrangement options, and each provides different opportunities to optimize the quality of personal time and work goals. Creche program offers women professionals to avail monthly reimbursements of INR 7500/- per child aged between 6 months and 6 years.

In April 2023, PwC launched the Foundation Program for Veterans, a tailored three-month paid internship for ex-armed forces personnel. With an impressive 80% success rate, this program has successfully integrated veterans into permanent roles, enriching the firm with their unique skills and experiences.
