The Stand Tall program is an 18-month initiative that develops leadership and functional skills through technical and behavioral training, sponsorship, and mentorship for diverse talent identified through talent reviews. Participants engage in self-awareness assessments and competency-based learning.
The ABHA program, a six-month initiative for HR-nominated talent, focuses on values reflection and developing a partnership mindset. It offers modules on personal branding, agile leadership, and stakeholder management, alongside group coaching, mentoring, and an action learning project.
Additional programs like LeaderX, SHINE, Women in Innovation (WiN), India Talent Development Forum (ITDF), and the Stretched Assignment Marketplace (SAM) provide opportunities for self-development and build peer support networks. These initiatives highlight Eaton’s commitment to inclusion, diversity, and continuous employee growth.
