Vivek has around two decades of rich experience in Human Resources. He is currently with Mahindra (Automotive Sector), heading the HR function for Automotive Product Development at Mahindra Research Valley, Chennai and has worked previously with Ashok Leyland Limited. In his career, Vivek has held various roles in HR business partnership, Location head and Centre of Excellence functions. He is a champion of his organisation’s culture and values, and specializes in partnering with business leaders to help them build their teams effectively and ensure all people decisions are based on data. His professional interests include coaching leaders, mentoring Hi-potential employees, navigating & resolving employee relations issues and designing people development programs. Apart from work, Vivek also volunteers with various organisations and gives time in developing young talent for the future of the nation. In his current as well as previous roles, Vivek has worked closely with veterans, of all ranks, and has been involved in talent acquisition with appropriate nodal agencies of the Indian army as well.

Cdr Raja Narayanaswami is a retired Commander from the Indian Navy. He is an alumnus of the Indian Naval Academy. An Electrical and Electronics Engineer by qualification, Cdr Raja has spent over 12 years of his 2 decade long naval career sailing onboard warships - missile corvettes, destroyers, frigates, tankers - working on state of the art technologies such as weapon systems, missiles, gunnery equipment, communication and EW systems, Radars, Sonars and other shipboard sensors.

He has also been part of strategic projects, engaging with DRDO like the Indian Nuclear submarine program during his stint in uniform. He has participated in key Naval Operations (Kargil conflict and Operation Parakram). Has been the proud recipient of Commendation by the Chief of Naval Staff as well as by the Commander in Chief for professional excellence.

Cdr Raja has an M Tech in Radar and Communication Systems from IIT Delhi and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He is also an alumnus of IIM Indore and IIM Lucknow, from where he has done management programmes.
After his transition from the military service in August 2015, he joined Amazon as part of their E commerce business, and subsequently transitioned to the exciting AI/ML domain as part of the Alexa and Amazon Robotics teams. Cdr Raja is currently Vice President Operations for a US-based E Commerce company called OJCommerce, where he handles customer experience and fulfillment operations. Apart from his professional interest that includes E commerce and AI/ML, Cdr Raja is also passionate about training, teaching, mentoring and interacting with youth, loves to share leadership insights on social media and also helps military officers with their corporate transition.
