Neha Arora is the founder of Planet Abled, a globally recognised travel brand promoting inclusive travel for persons with disabilities and the elderly. Her 39 years of experience of knowing her parents' needs (her father is blind and her mother is a wheelchair user), gives her a unique perspective into the needs of people with disabilities, as she creates a Planet more Abled. Over the years, Planet Abled has been a service provider for disabled travellers and a destination consultant, and an ecosystem builder for the tourism industry. Planet Abled’s core business is mainstreaming accessibility into the tourism frameworks, practices, and market opportunities to enable growth, scale, and a customer-centric approach and have an amplified positive impact on travellers.

Bhargavi is a Finance graduate turned HR professional – bringing with her more than 10 years of experience in a breadth of HR Business Partner and HR Director roles, including with corporate, commercial, sales, and supply chain functions. Prior to this, she was HR Director for the supply chain organization of AMA West Region, where she focused on prioritizing employee health and safety through the COVID pandemic while strengthening leadership team effectiveness to enhance the attraction of top talent during a challenging time. She also led the HR Operations Center of Excellence during an earlier stint at P&G India, which provided her with rich insight into organizational design, HR analytics, employee value proposition, compensation and benefits, and divestiture efforts.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion have always been at the forefront of Bhargavi’s priorities as an HR leader, and she has executed a vast array of innovative initiatives to improve gender balance and create a culture of inclusion.

Bhargavi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Osmania University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur. She is also certified by the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, and a qualified trainer on MBTI Type coach, Growth Mindset, Unconscious Bias, and Inclusive Leadership. She enjoys travelling, discovering new cultures, and reading – especially in the areas of psychology, behavioral science, astronomy, and early Indian history.
 

Senthil?is a highly accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience product development, digital transformation, driving cultural transformation and process excellence. He is the Director – Program Management at Genesys leading the strategic planning, process optimization and analytics & reporting. Senthil is known as a people-centric leader with the ability to successfully grow and build high performing teams. 

He has been working in the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) space and very passionate about creating workplaces where everyone feels valued and respected. He is committed to making a positive impact on the world. Has a strong track record of success in developing and implementing DEI initiatives. In his current role, he is also responsible for leading the DEI strategy for Genesys.  

He?has worked in the US and Singapore for 12 years working for companies across industries (Banking, Retirement Benefit, Online Payment).  

Senthil has a MS (Software Systems) Degree from BITS Pilani. He is happily married and has a daughter and son. He enjoys playing cricket, reading books and volunteering. ?
