Maternity benefits

SRF provides paid Maternity Leave to employees including birth mothers, adoptive mothers, and commissioning mothers. A mother can avail up to 26 weeks of paid leaves along with pre and post  flexible work arrangements. In addition, there is a maternity bonus given to all new mothers. Related infrastructure is also ensured.

SRF believes in creating wealth for all its employees, especially women. Women employees are offered loans at a concessional rate if they desire to purchase a home or a land for building a home.

Health and Wellness benefits

Our employees’ health and wellbeing are of utmost importance to us.
