Genesys Cloud is built with a microservice architecture deployed to AWS. Our teams are focused on continuous development and integration. As well as delivering world-class software, Genesys Cloud allows our customers the flexibility to integrate their own solutions with the Genesys platform.
Genesys Multicloud platform runs on any cloud infrastructure — public or private — including AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure and is built with open APIs, Docker containers and Kubernetes. It allows our customers to get all the Genesys innovations on the cloud of their choice.
Genesys DX is our new standalone digital customer engagement offering. It's designed to leverage our CX expertise and Genesys AI, predictive engagement to enhance conversational AI capabilities.

Genesys Women of Color (GWoC) is dedicated to supporting the unique challenges faced by Women of Color in the workplace. We seek to promote a workforce that understands the true meaning of empathy, connection and cultural understanding through exposure to diverse backgrounds, realities and lifestyles.
Our mission is to influence the hiring, retention and promotion of more women of color globally and to support these women by providing a community and encouraging an environment for them to excel and thrive. Genesys Black Employees & Allies Membership (GBEAM) exists to cultivate a space for Black employees & their allies to collaboratively build a professional development framework that assists in the advancement of current Black talent while building a pipeline for future Black talent at Genesys.
Beyond this, we seek to cultivate a community of empathy — holding space for education, authenticity, & to affirm the unique experiences & identities of Black employees, using the knowledge gained for internal & external community outreach & engagement.

Genesys Latinx in Tech (GLiT) will work to increase participation and advancement of?Latinx in the technology workforce, both within Genesys, and in our larger Latinx community. GLiT will promote cultural awareness to all Genesys employees through sharing our Latinx culture and ensure a healthy inclusive environment as a familia to achieve equity at all levels.
