We believe that communication of the job opening is vital in attracting diverse talent and so we use tools and apps that aide us in make our job descriptions and interviewing process more inclusive. Talent development is of key importance to us and we run initiatives such ‘Women Talent Spotlight’ and competency development programs for women aspiring for senior leadership roles. Our one such flagship program called LEAP (Leadership Excellence in Action Program) was launched in 2020. We also run several webinars and workshops for development and engagement of our larger diverse population. From a work-life balance standpoint, we work on the philosophy of work-life integration. Managers support their teams to balance their work life through competencies of prioritization & planning in addition to our policy of ‘Flexible Work arrangement’.
