1. Graduate Training Program - our proprietary social wellness initiative, designed with a mission to empower thousands of beginners, especially first-gen college goers in their family, with the right guidance to transition into professionals and kickstart their careers with confidence.
2. Talent has no Gender - We pride ourselves on being a fairly inclusive and open workplace. We strongly believe that talent and passion has no caste, creed or gender and refuse to differentiate anyone's role based on these. In fact, our HR Division is headed by Rekha, a member of the transgender community, who comes with 14 years of experience in the HR Space.
